About the estate

The Vinařství Nechory winery is located in the wine village of Nechory near Prušánky within the Morava wine region. The estate cultivates 25 hectares of vineyards in the cadastral areas of Josefov, Prušánky, and Nový Poddvorov. The vineyards are managed without herbicides or insecticides, relying instead on mechanical cultivation and the sowing of herbal mixtures between the rows. Winemaking combines the traditional methods of the Hnidáki family with modern cellar technology, including stainless steel tanks, open oak vats, and maturation in wooden barrels in the underground cellars. Only a portion of the estate's grape production is processed to allow for rigorous selection.
