About the estate
The family-run Vinařství Miroslav Jambor estate is located in the municipality of Mutěnice in Moravia. The winery cultivates its own vineyards, applying organic production methods to 90 percent of its land. Harvesting is carried out by hand to ensure that only grapes of the highest quality are processed. In the cellar, these grapes are turned into small batches featuring fruity aromas and a distinctive acidity profile using modern technologies.
