About the estate

The Vinařství Jakub Jambor winery is based in Bořetice in South Moravia and was established in 2020. The estate cultivates its own vineyards in the sites Čtvrtě and Trkmansko, featuring clay-loess soils as well as loamy soils over a limestone bedrock. The vines range in age from five to twenty-five years. Vineyard management follows organic production principles, and harvesting is done by hand. In the cellar, vinification relies on spontaneous fermentation with minimal oenological interventions, and red wines are aged in wooden barrels.
