About the estate
The family-owned Vignobles Fabris estate has been managed for over five generations and is located in Saint-Émilion. The vineyards cover approximately 70 hectares across several appellations including Pomerol, Lalande de Pomerol, Montagne Saint-Emilion, Lussac Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux Supérieur, and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. The vineyards are farmed using traditional and environmentally respectful methods with limited yields, while winemaking relies on traditional techniques without additives or enzymes. Harvesting is conducted manually to preserve the quality and character of the terroir.
