Vignoble Saint Paul

About the estate

The Vignoble Saint Paul estate is a young winery covering three hectares of vineyards in Corcy, Picardy, France. The project was founded by three brothers-in-law who planted fungus-resistant grape varieties such as Souvignier Gris, Floréal, Voltis, and Muscaris in 2021. The plot features a shallow, stony soil with a limestone bedrock situated on a gentle slope. The white wine produced reflects this mineral terroir and follows an organic and agroecological approach to viticulture.
