About the estate
The Vignoble Cousin estate cultivates a vineyard area of four hectares in Concise in the canton of Vaud, producing wines under the AOC Bonvillars and AOC Vaud denominations. This compact operational scale allows for rigorous and precise monitoring of all tasks in both the vineyard and the cellar. A particular emphasis is placed on ageing a majority of the wines in oak barrels, where they remain for periods ranging from four to eleven months or up to two years, depending on the potential of the grapes and the desired wine style. In collaboration with other producers, the estate continuously implements new cultivation methods aimed at minimizing the environmental impact of its work.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Gamaret and Garanoir.
