About the estate
The UBY estate is a family-run winery and distillery located in the heart of the vineyards in the southwest of France on the slopes of Gascogne, producing wine since 1920. For three generations, the Morel family has cultivated the vineyards alongside cereals using a mixed and reasoned farming approach adapted to the local soils and climate. The portfolio focuses on fresh and appealing wines characteristic of the Côtes de Gascogne IGP denomination. From the vineyard to the bottle, grapes and wines are meticulously selected based on maturity and aromatic profile to ensure consistent quality. Environmental preservation is a core commitment of the property, symbolized by the European pond turtle found at the estate's preserved pond, which serves as the brand emblem.
The eno directory lists 3 wines.
