About the estate
Founded in 2018 in Formicola, the Tralcio project aims to produce high-quality grapes while offering young people new opportunities in local viticulture. The estate cultivates a surface area of 4.5 hectares in the Castiello and Cappelle areas, which feature clayey soils with favorable conditions. Farming is conducted according to certified organic and biodynamic standards. The grape variety portfolio includes the indigenous varieties Casavecchia and Pallagrello. Vinification is carried out spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and in barrels made of Irpinian chestnut wood.
