About the estate
The Subida di Monte estate is situated in the heart of Collio in Cormòns and looks back on a history that began in the 1970s. The vineyards cover nine hectares in a hilly location surrounded by a forest of chestnut and acacia trees. The winery is managed by the Scarpa family alongside Andrea Antonutti and oenologist Marinka Polencic. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand with a strong commitment to environmental protection and biodiversity. In the cellar, vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels depending on the wine style.
