About the estate
The Vincent Stoeffler estate is a family-run winery on the Alsace Wine Route, spanning 16 hectares between Barr, Mittelbergheim, and Heiligenstein, alongside historical plots in Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr. The vineyards have been organically farmed for over 20 years and are harvested entirely by hand to ensure optimal fruit maturity. In the cellar, the winemaking approach remains hands-off and artisanal without synthetic additives, featuring spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in traditional oak casks. The portfolio comprises wines from the AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace Grand Cru, and AOC Crémant d'Alsace appellations.
