About the estate

The organically managed Stich-Gaismayer estate is located in Bad Pirawarth in the southern Weinviertel and is run as a family business with an agricultural tradition dating back to the 16th century. The vineyards are cultivated following the principles of biodiversity with diverse cover crops to sustainably preserve the habitat and soil life. In addition to the main grape varieties of the Weinviertel, the portfolio includes rare varieties such as Gelber Traminer, Roter Muskateller and Roesler, alongside a wide range of Burgundy varieties. The assortment features characterful wines bearing the designations Weinviertel DAC and Weinviertel DAC Reserve.

The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Pinot Blanc. The estate sells to retail.
