About the estate

The St. Bayer winery is based in Weiden am See in the Neusiedlersee region and practices environmentally friendly, close-to-nature viticulture. Quality takes absolute precedence over quantity, which is why only a limited quantity of wine is produced. The focus is placed on international grape varieties as well as the native variety Zweigelt. To achieve this standard, the estate deliberately accepts longer maturation processes and yield reductions.
