About the estate

The Söll estate with 8 hectares of vineyards is located in Gamlitz in South Styria and is managed by the Söll family. For 25 years, the winery has pursued a gentle viticulture approach that goes far beyond organic farming, relying on a harmonious relationship with nature in both the vineyard and the cellar without chemical intervention. Hannes Söll completed his training in Silberberg and earned his qualification as a master winemaker and cellar master to produce wines that honour the forces of nature. The portfolio features wines from the South Tyrol DAC origin, including Sauvignon blanc and Gelber Muskateller.
