About the estate

The Dietrich vulgo Tischler estate is a family-run winery located in Gamlitz in South Styria, operated by the younger generation alongside their parents and grandmother. Franz-Harald serves as the viticulturist and cellar master, tending to the vineyards with respect for nature, while Martin handles sales. In accordance with the South Styria DAC designation, the estate produces wines from grape varieties such as Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Morillon, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, and Traminer. Cultivation takes place on steep hillside locations and relies entirely on hand harvesting. The winery focuses on reflecting the unique terroir of the region.
