About the estate

The Simoni estate was founded in the immediate post-war period by Giuseppe Simoni in Palù di Giovo, Trentino, where steep terraced vineyards supported by porphyry dry stone walls shape the landscape. Farming takes place in the Cembra Valley on poor soils at altitudes starting from five hundred meters, representing a challenging mountain viticulture practiced by the family. Today, the third generation runs the winery with low yields in the vineyard and a focus on preserving the character of the region. The portfolio includes still white and red wines such as Müller Thurgau, Schiava, Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Nero, and Lagrein, alongside sparkling wines produced by the traditional method.
