About the estate
The Schuster estate in Großriedenthal has cultivated its vineyards in the Wagram region across generations since 1772. Today, Thomas and Carina run the family business with the support of Karl and Helga, focusing on organic viticulture. The wines thrive on loess soils in sites such as Eisenhut, Altweingarten, Goldberg, and Diebstein. Cultivated grape varieties include Roter Veltliner as the flagship variety, alongside Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Careful manual labor in the vineyard and cellar shapes the characteristic wines of the Wagram origin.
