About the estate

The traditional family estate Schüller cultivates around five hectares of vineyards in Purbach am Neusiedler See within the Leithaberg wine region. The calcareous chernozem soils on the Leitha Mountains and the soils along the shores of Lake Neusiedl, combined with the Pannonian climate, provide optimal conditions for viticulture. Native grape varieties such as Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Zweigelt, and Blaufränkisch thrive here and are crafted into fruity and rich wines. The estate relies on well-founded knowledge passed down through generations, combined with modern cellar technology. In addition to winemaking, the family runs a wine tavern in the historical cellar lane and offers direct sales at the winery as well as through an online shop.

The eno directory lists 18 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch. The estate sells to retail. Export markets include Germany.
