The Schoepfer Jean-Louis estate in Wettolsheim, Alsace, has been family-run for thirteen generations since 1656. The winery cultivates ten hectares of vineyards, with a portion located in the Grand Cru appellation. Viticulture is conducted with respect for the environment, encompassing all seven traditional Alsese grape varieties. The production includes characterful wines and Crémant d’Alsace that reflect their regional origin. Christophe and Gilles Schoepfer jointly manage the estate, which holds a Haute Valeur Environnementale certification.
