The Scea Sj Fritsch et Fils estate is a traditional family winery based in Sigolsheim in the heart of the Alsatian wine region, managing 10.5 hectares of vineyards primarily located in Kaysersberg Vignoble. Certified organic since the summer of 2022, the winery cultivates all seven traditional Alsatian grape varieties, led by Riesling, Pinot Auxerrois, and Gewurztraminer. The property includes parcels in three Grand Cru sites, which account for about one-third of the total surface area. Harvesting is conducted manually and is paired with modern winemaking techniques to produce a diverse range of wines.
