The Sartori Organic Farm di Sartori Michele is a young, certified organic family estate in the Trentino region, managed by Michele and Marco. Across a total of three hectares of vineyards in Garda Trentino, including sites in the Ledro Valley, Arco, and on Mount Baldo, the winery cultivates disease-resistant grape varieties alongside traditional ones such as Cabernet, Merlot, Solaris, and Souvignier Gris. Farming is conducted in harmony with nature, focusing on organic cultivation and mountain grape varieties suited to high altitudes. In addition to wines, the estate produces grappa, extra virgin olive oil, and operates a wine retreat. The winemaking process reflects mountain terroirs and distinctive geological soil compositions to create characterful wines.
