About the estate

The Sanlorenzo estate is located in the municipality of Montalcino, extending at an altitude of 500 meters along a ridge of hills. The history of the winery dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century when Lorenzo Ferretti acquired land to build a home. The vineyards feature a southwestern exposure, while the northern side borders wooded areas facing the Val d'Arbia. The production centers on traditional regional wines, notably including Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino. The winery combines traditional methods with ongoing research, technology, and a strong commitment to authenticity and local heritage.
