About the estate

The ROS winery was established in 2015 by Daniele Paolucci in Grole di Castiglione delle Stiviere in Lombardy. Located a few kilometers from Lake Garda, the small estate cultivates sunny and stony slopes interspersed with woods and hedgerows. Interventions in the vineyards and cellar, as well as the use of machinery, are kept to the necessary minimum to allow the wines to genuinely express their origin. The growing assortment includes bottle-fermented sparkling wines, skin-contact white wines, and still wines, partly sourced from old vines. The production is rounded off by a small selection of spirits such as grappa.
