Ronco delle Betulle

About the estate

The Ronco delle Betulle estate was established in 1967 when Giovanbattista Adami purchased a small property in Rosazzo. Today, the winery is run by his daughter Ivana alongside her son Simone, continuing a path rooted in both heritage and innovation. Spanning approximately twelve hectares of vineyards within Friuli Colli Orientali and Rosazzo, the estate follows organic and artisanal farming methods without synthetic chemicals. Hand harvesting, the exclusion of artificial irrigation, and spontaneous fermentations define their sustainable approach in the vineyards and cellar. The wines undergo aging in stainless steel and oak barrels to preserve their authentic regional character.

The eno directory lists 9 wines, mostly from Refosco and Merlot. The estate sells to importers and distributors. Export markets include United Kingdom.
