The Ribisch winery is located in Paasdorf in the heart of the Weinviertel region and has been family-owned for generations. The estate manages vineyards on clay soils with an almost exclusive southern exposure. In the vineyard, the family relies on careful manual labor such as crop thinning and defoliation to achieve optimal grape ripeness. Harvesting is done by hand, followed by gentle processing using the latest technology and monitored fermentation. The portfolio comprises varietal quality and predicate wines.
