About the estate
The family-run Domaine Rémy Kieffer estate is located in Itterswiller along the Alsace wine route and covers twelve hectares of vineyards. The history of the winery began with René Kieffer and was further developed by his son Robert and wife Marie-Reine, before being taken over by Rémy Kieffer and his partner Michel Haensler. Certified organic in 2024, the estate cultivates all Alsatian grape varieties for both still wines and crémants. In the cellar, production relies on a pneumatic press, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, as well as traditional oak casks and barrels. Alongside traditional styles, the portfolio also features innovative cuvées showcasing artwork on the labels.
