The Rando des cépages au Domaine Poiron Dabin estate is located in Château-Thébaud in the Loire Valley and cultivates soils composed of granitic schists and friable granite. The vineyards feature a high planting density and are farmed without the use of herbicides. Controlled natural grassing ensures a diversified flora during the growth period of the vines. Furthermore, the winery avoids toxic, carcinogenic, or mutagenic products and instead relies on natural viticulture to produce healthy grapes. The terroirs yield structured and mineral as well as highly fruity wines.
