The Quinta da Bica - Sociedade Agrícola, Lda estate is located in Seia in the Dão region and looks back on a long family history dating back to the 17th century. The property originates from a historical site featuring a 17th-century manor house and a traditional stone fountain. The production and bottling of wines under the Quinta da Bica brand within the Dão DOC denomination began in 1989 by João Sacadura Botte. Today, the estate is managed by family matriarch Filipa Sacadura Botte alongside her daughters, with Paulo Nunes serving as the winemaker.
