About the estate
The Prisoe winery was founded in 1993 through the passion of the Baltadzhiev family and is now managed by Stefan Baltadzhiev. The estate encompasses 4.7 hectares of vineyards near Slanchevo, benefiting from a terroir shaped by quartz sand, limestone, and the influence of the Black Sea. The cultivated grape varieties include Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Vratsian Misket, all tended by hand using sustainable practices. In the cellar, the estate applies traditional methods, featuring spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and maturation in wooden barrels. The portfolio comprises a total of six wines.
