About the estate

The winery Винарска изба Нисово specializes in producing white, red and rosé wines and maintains a fully closed production cycle from the grape to the bottling. The grapes originate exclusively from the estate's own vineyards, and the equipment includes modern Bulgarian and Italian technology. The underground cellar covers an area of 500 square meters, providing constant temperatures for aging in French oak barrels and bottling with natural Portuguese cork. Annually, the estate produces 4000 hectoliters of white wine and 6000 hectoliters of red wine, which are distributed through retail stores and proprietary shops.
