About the estate

The Poggio Landi estate cultivates around 75 hectares of vineyards in the Montalcino appellation within the Italian region of Tuscany. The vineyards are situated at altitudes ranging from 175 to 500 meters, featuring diverse soil types and exposures. Using the Sangiovese grape variety, the winery produces wines such as Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Rosso di Montalcino DOC. The production methods include spontaneous fermentations using native yeasts and aging in large oak casks. The philosophy of the estate centers on respecting the history of the terroir and preserving soil vitality.
