About the estate

The Pillan winery is located in the sunny hills of Nanto in the heart of the Berici Hills and builds upon more than 80 years of experience in oenology and equipment manufacturing. Before producing their own wine, the family supplied machinery and technology to wineries worldwide through brands such as Enotecnica Pillan. The project represents a return to the land and is managed by multiple generations of the family working together. On their southeast-facing vineyard, varieties such as Tai Rosso, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc are cultivated. The estate practices hand harvesting and traditional winemaking methods to produce authentic wines within the Colli Berici DOC denomination.
