About the estate

The Pierre-Alain Meylan estate cultivates five hectares of vineyards in Ollon, producing wines under the AOC Chablais and AOC Vaud designations. The winery farms with the greatest respect for the environment, utilizing biodynamic methods and natural fertilization. Vineyard management includes canopy care, bunch thinning, and manual harvesting to ensure high grape quality. Red grapes undergo a second sorting on a conveyor belt before undergoing a three to six-week fermentation process. Following a twelve-month maturation period in barriques combining modernity and tradition, the wines are bottled exclusively at the estate.
