Pian della Chiesa

About the estate

The Pian della Chiesa estate is located in the Montemarcello Regional Park in eastern Liguria and was established in 2008 by Ottavio Muzi Falconi and Margot Jacini following their return from London. The vineyards cover 0.7 hectares at an altitude of 350 meters and cultivate grape varieties such as Syrah, Merlot, Massaretta, and Cabernet Franc. Farming follows organic practices resulting in certified organic wines produced through spontaneous fermentation and without the addition of sulphites in certain bottlings. Agricultural activities are further complemented by the cultivation of olive and fruit trees as well as vegetable gardens.
