About the estate
The Peter Weinbau winery cultivates one hectare of vineyards in the steep sites along the Rhine in Eglisau and in Wil im Rafzerfeld. The south-facing sites feature sandstone and clay soils that provide ideal conditions for viticulture. The estate relies on manual labor and has been working exclusively with organic methods and some biodynamic practices since 2022. Alongside classic products, international inspirations continuously lead to new wines produced in small quantities. The wines are part of the AOC Zurich denomination.
