About the estate

The Domaine PÊCHEUR estate in Darbonnay currently manages nine hectares of vineyards, having started in 1976 with a one-hectare plantation. The family tends its plots in Passenans on blue marl soils and cultivates traditional grape varieties such as Savagnin. The second generation continues the path of its predecessors by combining traditional vinification methods with a qualitative environmental approach. The portfolio focuses on regional specialties whose maturation and production rely on traditional processes.
