About the estate
The Pauline Gilbert estate is a small family-run winery covering approximately two hectares of vineyards. The vines are distributed across three municipalities on clay-limestone soils within the protected geographical indication of Côtes de la Charité. Representing the third generation, the young winemaker manages the parcels using sustainable agricultural practices that respect the environment. All vineyard tasks, from pruning to harvesting, are carried out manually. The portfolio includes wines produced from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon, which are vinified and bottled on the estate.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
