About the estate

The Paul Mas estate cultivates over 940 hectares of vineyards across the major crus of Languedoc, with a portion farmed organically and all vineyards certified under Terra Vitis. The winery combines innovation with tradition to produce wines from appellations including AOC Languedoc, AOC Languedoc Grés de Montpellier, and other regional designations. The property encompasses several distinct estates, such as Domaine du Silène, acquired in 2014, and Domaine de la Ferrandière, purchased in 2013 and located on a former dried-up saltwater lagoon. A wide variety of grape varieties thrive across diverse soils, including clay-limestone and saline soils.
