About the estate
The Páramo el Guzmán estate manages around 30 hectares of vineyards located within the Ribera del Duero DO appellation at altitudes between 820 and 1,005 metres. This high altitude provides natural ventilation and a pronounced diurnal temperature range, which encourages a slower and more controlled ripening of the grapes. Farming is carried out with a natural and environmentally respectful approach, completely avoiding chemical products and herbicides. During vinification, the winery relies on manual harvesting in small crates, careful selection, and temperature control to preserve the freshness and aromatic profile of the fruit. The aging of the wines takes place in various oak barrel sizes depending on the specific line.

La variedad Tempranillo en su máxima expresión. Con una crianza de 24-26 meses en barricas de roble francés y un reposo en botella de otros 24 meses. Este vino nos regala aromas de frutos negros, balsámico, floral y muchas hierbas de infusión. Profundo, con taninos suaves, final largo y aterciopelado.
