About the estate
The Palmento Costanzo estate manages eighteen hectares of vineyards across various slopes of Mount Etna, including the historic plot in Contrada Santo Spirito featuring vines over one hundred and thirty years old. Additional parcels are located in Randazzo, Zottorinoto, Bragaseggi, Feudi di Mezzo, and Santa Maria di Licodia. The family primarily cultivates the Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccino, and Carricante grape varieties to produce wines within the Etna DOC denomination. In the cellar, vinifications are carried out separately using stainless steel, tonneaux, and large wooden barrels.
The eno directory lists 11 wines, mostly from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccino.
