About the estate

The Pago de Ina, S.L. winery is a small family estate located in Olivares de Duero in the heart of the Ribera del Duero DO, founded in the year 2000. The grapes come from vineyards between forty and sixty years old, planted on clay soils with alternating limestone layers at altitudes between 750 and 850 meters. Inside the functional building, winemaking takes place in eleven stainless steel tanks, allowing for plot-by-plot vinification. Following fermentation, the wines age in new French oak barrels, resting for six to fifteen months depending on the wine type and natural evolution. These small productions focus on craftsmanship and reflect the character of the terroir.
