The Nadal estate is managed in the fourth generation by Mireia Nadal. At the Finca Nadal, wines are produced exclusively from the estate's best harvests. The portfolio includes classic sparkling wines from the Corpinnat and Penedès DO denominations. The vinification combines traditional methods with modern influences, such as the use of the Malvasia de Sitges grape variety. Varieties like Macabeu and Pinot Noir are also utilized in crafting the characteristic sparkling wines matured on the estate.
