About the estate
The MorandiWine di Morandi Denis estate is located in Loro Ciuffenna in Tuscany and builds upon a multi-generational family tradition that was renewed in 2011. The vineyards are cultivated organically through predominantly manual labor, including hand-pruning and harvesting carried out exclusively by the family. Natural treatments based on essences and propolis are applied during flowering to preserve the vineyard ecosystem. Sangiovese is a key variety, growing in diverse plots that benefit from the local climate and terroir. In the cellar, the winery practices spontaneous fermentations using indigenous yeasts and follows lunar phases for racking and bottling.
