About the estate
The Menitz estate located in Leithaprodersdorf in the Leithaberg wine region was founded in 1981 and is run as a family business. Sustainable soil management and careful treatment of the surrounding nature are top priorities for the winery. The vineyards extend along the slopes of the Pfefferbüchsel in the Leitha Mountains, encompassing the Vorderberg and Reinischviertel sites. Diverse grape varieties thrive on sandy loam, calcareous soils, and loamy clay, producing a balanced wine portfolio as well as sparkling wine. In addition to viticulture, the operation also produces house-made spirits.
