The Mauro Estévez winery is located in Arnoia in the Galicia region and operates within the Ribeiro DO denomination. The estate dates back to 1940 when José Estévez began producing his own wines. Today, the family-run winery is managed by Pepe and his son Mauro. Spanning two hectares of vineyards distributed across sixteen parcels in the valleys of the municipality of A Arnoia, the estate combines traditional and innovative methods. Harvesting is done manually in small boxes, followed by controlled fermentation and aging at the winery.
