The Adegas Celme, S.L. estate was founded in 2016 by two engineers in Astariz within the municipality of Castrelo de Miño and cultivates a vineyard area of two hectares. The wines originate from the Ribeiro DO denomination and are produced exclusively from native grape varieties. Since 2019, vineyard management has followed one hundred percent organic farming criteria. Following a certification process, the wines from the 2022 vintage onwards bear the organic farming seal of Galicia. In addition to wine, the winery also produces vermouth and offers various tourism activities.
