About the estate
The Mas d'Intras estate is located in Valvignères within the lower Rhône Valley in southern France, rooted in a family history spanning centuries in the area. The winery was established in 1982 by Françoise and Alphonse Robert after years of preparation and building their own cellar upon leaving a local cooperative. Today, the estate is managed by cousins Denis Robert and Sébastien Pradal, who cultivate 25 hectares of vineyards distributed across approximately 24 parcels. The vineyards feature clay-limestone soils and benefit from a sunny, warm Mediterranean climate. The estate is farmed entirely organically and has been certified biodynamic since the 2023 vintage, with all wines produced under the Ardèche IGP designation.
Export markets include Germany.
