About the estate
The traditional family-run estate Marolf Weinbau has been cultivating vineyards at Lake Biel for six generations. The vineyards cover a total area of eleven hectares, situated on the southern slopes of the Jolimont in Erlach and Tschugg. The winery cultivates around 15 different grape varieties on these plots. The special microclimate of the lake provides ideal conditions for viticulture. New wine cellars in Erlach were built and put into operation in 2021.
