About the estate
The Marchesi Frescobaldi estate looks back on centuries of winemaking history in Tuscany, dating back to the early 14th century. Today, the thirtieth generation of the family leads the enterprise with the goal of highlighting the uniqueness of each family estate and its terroir. Alongside traditional grapes, varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Nero, and Chardonnay are cultivated in the vineyards. The winery applies the principles of integrated and sustainable agriculture across all its estates. The resulting wines reflect the diverse soils, altitudes, and microclimates of the Tuscan landscape.
