About the estate
The Mania’ estate is a small winery located in San Floriano del Collio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, managed today by Gianni with the valuable help of his family. The business was gradually taken over in the previous decades by grandfather Mirko, who began to cultivate and value the local land and vineyards. In the 2018 vintage, the estate produced and bottled its first wine. The property extends over seven hectares of vineyards primarily situated within the Collio DOC denomination, cultivating varieties such as Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla, and Merlot. Harvesting and most vineyard operations are carried out manually.
