The Czech winery Malé vinařství z Velkých Němčic produces limited batches of high-quality wines in the Morava wine region. During production, the estate consistently avoids the use of yeasts, enzymes, and other chemical additives in order to preserve the natural character and layered complexity of the wines. The portfolio includes distinctive bottlings of Chardonnay, Neronet, Rulandské šedé, and Pálava, some of which undergo extended aging in barrels. Special offerings feature minimally sulfited wines as well as orange wines aged in traditional kvevri vessels. The focus rests entirely on authenticity, craftsmanship, and a minimal-intervention approach to winemaking.
